Born and raised in Oregon, loves the Northwest and all its colorful diversity! Settled in Oregon City with her husband and son, Shannon finds deep fulfillment in serving patient’s medical needs and assisting them towards overcoming their healthcare obstacles!

Shannon’s passion is science-based Nutrition and fitness and enjoys sharing and motivating others to “keep moving forward towards better health!”
